Stephanie Kriener, RN, BSN, is the founder, owner, and lead nurse injector at Posh Facial Esthetics in Rochester, Minnesota. With more than 30 years of nursing experience and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Stephanie has built Posh on the belief that aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty—not change it.
Known for her personalized approach, Stephanie understands that no two clients are alike. She takes the time to listen, educate, and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals, ensuring results that complement their unique features and help them feel confident in their own skin.
Committed to providing the highest level of care, Stephanie continually advances her education by training with leading experts in aesthetic medicine and staying current on the latest techniques, products, and innovations in the industry. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Iowa and is a member of the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals (AAMEP). She holds advanced certifications in cosmetic injectables, including dermal fillers and neuromodulators, and has had the privilege of training with nationally recognized aesthetic leaders, including The Doctors Beauty Correspondent, Launa Stone, RN, in Calabasas, CA.
In 2026, Stephanie was selected to serve on the Allergan Medical Institute Advisory Board, a distinction that reflects her expertise, leadership, and commitment to advancing the field of aesthetic medicine.
When she’s not caring for clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family. As a mother of two, she values the balance between professional excellence and family life, bringing warmth, compassion, and genuine connection to every client experience.
